I am a German national, psychologist, systemic therapist and certified coach, currently based in Darmstadt, Germany.
Throughout my professional career, I have specialised in motivating and developing leaders
and terms in order to become effective in managing personal, cultural and organisational change.
Over the last 15 years, I have lived and worked in Germany, Great Britain, Italy and France.
